Jakarta condominium experienced a stagnant market and the full-year demand weakened. Prices saw an uptick primarily driven by newly launched projects and those reaching completion in 2024.

With the completion of 11 towers coming from six projects totaling 6,538 units during the second half of 2024, the cumulative total supply increased slightly by 2.7% to 247,061 units. The middle segment continued to dominate the existing supply at 42.9% and the majority of existing condominium stock was located in South Jakarta (30%) and a limited number in East Jakarta (12%).
