PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk is reported to postpone the initial public offering of its subsidiaries, namely PT Waskita Karya Realty (WTR) and PT Waskita Karya Infrastruktur (WKI) due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Waskita Karya is also reported to successfully negotiate with 21 banks for the holding company’s debt restructuring with the total loan facility of Rp 29.2 trillion or 100% of the total debt.
