Tanrise Property is planning to conduct a hand-over of its warehouse project units named TirtanHub in Gedangan, Sidoarjo, East Java next year. Currently, the units’ marketing sales have reached 35% from the total of 146 units planned. TritanHub provides the solution for small to medium-sized business owner in Indonesia, which has reached approximately 65 million businesses, in obtaining warehouse facilities with the concept of affordable industrial warehouse at Rp 700 million per unit. Thus, the consumers come from R & B, cool storage and startups.
