Tokyu Land Indonesia (TLID) officially topped off the BRANZ Mega Kuningan project, the third premium condominium development after BRANZ Simatupang and BRANZ BSD. Residing on a total land area of 1 hectare, the project comprises 482 condominium units, 240 serviced apartment units and retail units. TLID collaborates with the international hotel operator Accor for the serviced apartment units under Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan Brand. The 44-floor apartment is aimed to start operation in the first quarter of 2025.
