The Smith Apartment in Tangerang, Banten comprises 652 units with the average price unit ranging from Rp 1 billion to Rp 2 billion per unit. The integrated development project also includes office spaces (112 units), small unit home units (100 units), and residential (400 units) with the total investment approximately Rp 700 billion. TRUE aims for Rp 1.1 trillion in marketing sales from this project and as of May has achieved Rp 800 billion.
