PT Putragaya Wahana is optimist that the occupancy rate in the shopping and office center Thamrin Nine Complex will increase and reach 100% in 2025. The multifunction development complex becomes the residential of the tallest building in Indonesia, namely the Autograph Tower which stands the total height of 382.9 meters and comprises Agora shopping center, Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Le Parc Apartment and the Park Royal Hotel dan Residence. Currently, the occupancy rate in Thamrin Nine is reaching 40% with continuing positive growth with various companies having started the fitting out process.
