Incentives and relaxation in the property sector given by the government has impacted positively to developers, including Swancity who develops a residential in the Tangerang New City Area. Currently, 70 house units remain as a stock from the total of 2,700 units in Swancity project 1 namely Lavon 1 while 100 house units remain as a stock in Lavon 2 from the total of 1,600 units. In the first quarter of 2021, Swancity achieved more than Rp500 billion in marketing sales of Lavon 1, Lavon 2 and Daisan. Daisan is a joint venture between Swancity and Mitsubishi Estate Residence whose sales has reached 30%.
