Lavon Swancity doubled its marketing sales from the Aku Mampu program of a 100% VAT relaxation. In the first quarter of 2021, Swancity achieved Rp 500 billion in marketing sales from the sales of up to 60 units per week after the incentive tax program in effect as compared to 10-20 units per week prior to the program. Since 2017, Swancity has launched three projects in Indonesia, including Lavon I, Lavon II and Daisan on a total land area of 200 hectares.
