PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. (SMRA) aims to obtain Rp1.5 trillion to Rp2 trillion from its right issues before the end of first semester in 2021. In 2021, SMRA will allocate Rp500 billion of capital expenditures with the aim to meet its marketing sales target of approximately Rp3.5 trillion. It is expected to be 6% higher than the realized marketing sales in 2020 of Rp3.3 trillion.
