Setiabudiland, a Sukabumi-based developer, West Java is developing Goalpara Hills, Sukabumi worth Rp100 billion. The landed houses project resides on a total land area of 7.5 hectares. As much as 90% of the total houses in Goalpara Hills are allocated for subsidized housing and the remaining for commercial residential and commercial areas. The development and marketing of the project is aimed to be completed in the next three years, meanwhile the hand over of Phase I is aimed to start in the first quarter of 2022. Currently, the marketing of Phase I of 2.7 hectares has progressed by 100%.
