The Indonesia Real Estate Association (REI) projects the middle and higher segment property developers will start to recover this year. However, the lower to middle segment developers may remain under pressure. REI appreciates the Tax Added Value (PPN) incentives from the government, which will end in August, and it is hoping for it to be extended. REI also expects for additional incentives for low-income households, including Land and Building Rights Ownership Duty.
