PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (LPKR) is confident that its property sales will grow by 30% this year after the implementation of several incentives from the government, including Tax Added Value incentive (PPN). In the first quarter of 2021, Lippo Karawaci recorded Rp1.31 trillion in marketing sales or increased 86% year on year (yoy) from Rp703 billion in the first quarter of 2020 from the success of its largest landed house project named Cendana Icon in Lippo Village.
