Pos Properti Prepares Two New Projects, Expanding Housing Business This Year

PT Pos Properti Indonesia (Pospro) plans to launch two new residential projects this year to expand its Real Estate Development business. Existing projects include Point Regencia in Ciparay and Point Residence in Cikarang. As a subsidiary of PT Pos Indonesia, Pospro operates five business lines: Building Operation, Commercial Leasing, Hospitality, Real Estate Development, and Construction Services. The company applies adaptive governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) across its diverse businesses.
