PT Perdana Gapuraprima Tbk. (Gapuraprima) focused its sales on houses in residential clusters, including Bukit Cimanggu City and Metro Cilegon which are offered at prices ranging from Rp 500 million to Rp 1.8 billion per unit. During the January-September 2024 period, Gapuraprima obtained Rp 387.31 billion in revenue, increasing by approximately 21% from the same period last year of Rp 318.92 billion. Its net profit also increased by 9%, from Rp 75.76 billion to Rp 82.92 billion by the end of September 2024.
