PT Metropolitan Land Tbk. (MTLA) prepares a new project with the concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) in the Cawang area, East Jakarta next year. The project will include landed houses, a shopping center, a four-star hotel, shophouses and other supporting facilities. This year, MTLA will focus on selling its existing projects with the ‘New Normal New Home’ program to boost sales.
