The visitors of the virtual property exhibition SMF Virtual Griya Expo 2021 held by PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (SMF) on 18^th August until 19^th September were dominated by millennials, accounting for 33.5% of the total with the average daily visit of more than 840 visits coming from various regions in Indonesia. At the end of the exhibition, 1,175 clients have made bookings for landed houses. The enthusiasm showed that the public interest for home ownership remains very high despite the pandemic.
