PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LKPM) recorded positive growth and profit in 2021 with the average product price increase of 10% - 13% compared to 2020. Cendana Parc Phase 1 in Lippo Village has sold 467 house units with the marketing sales reaching Rp 401.4 billion. LKPM is also preparing the marketing of it several clusters in Lippo Village and Lippo Cikarang in the second semester of 2021. LPKR is confident to achieve its marketing sales target of Rp 3.5 trillion this year.
