PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (LPKR) recorded revenue growth from its lifestyle segment, which includes hotels and malls with 13% yoy growth to Rp322 billion. In the first quarter of 2025, LPKR achieved Rp169 billion in net revenue from Rp2,06 trillion in revenue. The EBITDA was recorded at Rp375 billion and its cash position increased to Rp2.77 trillion.
