PT. Hocky Anwa Lestari toghether with Archipelago Management have started the construction of an apartment residential and hotel development in Bintaro named Aston Bintaro Boutique with the aim to operate in the first quarter of 2023. The project is located near Jurang Mangu Train Station, Pondok Aren Toll Gate and the Bintaro Xchange shopping center. Aston Bintaro Boutique Hotel adopts the concept of boutique hotel comprising 160 rooms and a meeting room and a ballroom.
