The apartment project owned by HKR (owner), HK Building Division as the contractor and PT Hakaston (HKA) as the concrete supplier, namely H Residence Sentul, has sold 254 units worth of Rp88.6 billion as of 24th of March. The unit prices of H Residence Sentul start from Rp300 million to Rp700 million. Currently, the Rp364 billion project has entered into a building structure completion process, especially for the Tower B. The project construction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022.
