Swarna Group (CSG) through its subsidiary PT Elfa Jaya Pratama (EJP) prepares for a new residential project in southern Tangerang, Serang, Banten named Citra Swarna Tembong City. The project will adopt the clustered residential system on a total land area of 150 hectares with the concept of ‘Every Day is Holiday’ and to start the construction in early 2022.  Citra Swarna Tembong City will have various supporting facilities including a mini zoo, an amphitheater area, hospitals, commercial areas and a natural lake facilitated for water sports.
