The Central Bank of Indonesia (BI) recorded the prices of residential properties in the primary market increased annually in the first quarter of 2022. Based on the result of the Residential Property Price Survey (SHPR) BI, Residential Property Price (IHPR) in the first quarter of 2022 increased by 1.87% annually year-on-year.
