PT Menara Astra or Astra Property optimizes its sales through digital channels to maintain its performance during the Covid-29 pandemic and the Public Activities Restriction (PPKM). PT Astra International Tbk, the holding company of Astra Property, recorded a net profit of Rp 83 billion from the property sector in the first semester of 2021 or 17% higher than Rp 71 billion in the same period last year with higher occupancy rate and lower operational cost from Astra Tower.
