PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. (APLN) through its subsidiary, PT Tiara Metropolitan Land (TMI) has divested one of its assets, namely the Neo Soho Mall Shopping Center, to a Japanese property company, Hanshin Properties Corp through its subsidiary in Indonesia, PT NSM Assets Indonesia (NSMAI) at Rp1.44 trillion. The divestment was completed by selling a total of 152 Strata Title Certificates (SHMSRS).
