Through one of its subsidiaries, PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk (ADCP), the company is constructing several Transit Oriented Development (TOD) in Ciracas, Cibubur, Tebet, Bogor, Bekasi and South Tangerang. Based on ADHI’s financial report, the property and service segment has contributed Rp427.15 billion as of the third quarter of 2023, or equal to 3.73% of Rp11.44 trillion, ADHI’s total revenue.
