PT Adhi Commuter Properti (ADCP) cooperates with Perum Pengangkutan Penumpang Djakarta (PPD) to develop a Transit Oriented Development with access of Rapid Transit Bus (TransJakarta) on a total land area of 52,875 square meters owned by PPD. The project is named Oase Park – Member of LRT City with an investment value estimated to reach Rp2 trillion. The project development will start in 2021 until 2024.
