The Association of Indonesian Real Estate Companies has targeted for Rp50 trillion in non-subsidized housing sales in line with the extension of Tax Added Value incentives for properties until the end of 2021. During the first quarter of 2021, property sales were recorded with a 10% to 20% increase due to the March-May 2021 period Tax Added Value incentive. In the fourth quarter of 2021, property sales are expected to increase by 20% annually.
