With the completion of only four towers coming from four projects, totaling 1,208 units in the first half of 2025, the cumulative total supply increased slightly by 0.5% to 248,269 units. The middle segment continued to command the existing supply at 44.4% and the majority of existing condominium supply was located in South Jakarta (31%) and a limited number in East Jakarta (12%).
