With added new supply anchored by the areas of Bekasi, Purwakarta and Subang, the cumulative total supply in the Greater Jakarta area increased slightly by 0.7% in the first half of 2025, recording at 15,850 hectares. Both combined Bekasi and Karawang remained to contribute the largest share of existing industrial land supply at 65%. On the contrary, the least portion of existing industrial land supply was accounted for merely 2% located in the southern area of Bogor, Cibinong and Sukabumi.
