Overall CRE leader sentiment fell for the second consecutive quarter, with all 3 sub-indices seeing a decline in Q2 2024. There appears to be a nervous outlook on corporate performance as well as concerns around the global economic outlook, halting progress made since the turn of the year. This infers that global occupiers are more likely to take a defensive CRE strategy over the next 6 months.
