Asia-Pacific Q1 2026 Office Highlights

Prime rents in the region rose 0.8% quarter-onquarter in Q1 2026, underpinned by sustained momentum in the Indian and Australian markets. Rental growth in Australia continue to be fuelled  by a strong flight-to-quality trend that has widened rental gaps between prime and secondary assets, as well as stronger levels of office attendance.
