CasaComo, the first low-rise apartment project in Sawangan, officially launched by Vasanta Group in collaboration with Samty Asia Investments Pte. Ltd., sold out all units of its two first towers. CasaComo offers units in types including Como60 with two bedrooms, Como90 with three bedrooms, and Penthouse 120 and 150 with private rooftop, available with garden view or lake view at prices starting from Rp1.3 billion per unit.
