Trimitra Prawara (ATAP) Drives Expansion Through Cibunglang Townhill Project in 2026

Welcoming 2026, PT Trimitra Prawara Goldland Tbk (ATAP) will focus on its Cibungbulang Townhill megaproject, its main revenue contributor by launching the latest cluster, Salak Cluster. This cluster comprises the total of 95 units, each with the total land area of 105 square meters and 50 square meters of building area, offered at prices starting from Rp500 million per unit with a modern functional design. For information, as of the third quarter of 2025, ATAP achieved 9.9% yoy growth in sales to Rp18.41 billion.
