The Minister of Coordinating Economic Affairs, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) reported that the currently ongoing development of Harbour Road II Toll Road, constructed by PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk. (CMNP) which is owned by Jusuf Hamka, is aimed to be completed on 31st December 2026. The project which connects East Ancol and Pluit is one of the National Strategic Projects (PSN) with the construction period of 1,697 calendar days and maintenance period of 730 days. The project’s physical construction progress has reached 24.9%.
