PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) secured the second phase funding of US$ 35 million from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to support the sustainable green development of the Subang Smartpolitan Industrial Estate project. As of the end of May 2021, SSIA recorded the total of Rp 129.2 billion in marketing sales from the sales of 7.5 hectares land plots to local technology companies at the Average Selling Price (ASP) of US$ 123 per square meter. This year, SSIA aimed to achieve a total of 20 hectares in marketing sales from the Surya City of Industry Karawang project and 40 hectares from the Subang Smartpolitan project.
