PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) achieved Rp3.1 trillion in marketing sales as of mid-August 2025, less than its achievement in 2024 of Rp4.36 trillion. However, the 2025 achievement is 60% of the total Rp 5 trillion aimed for 2025. SMRA is optimistic to achieve its marketing sales target as its market is targeted at the middle income segment and with the government cutting BI key interest rate with the aim to boost economy, investment, and stabilize the inflation, SMRA expects a positive impact to the market, despite limited effect on mortgage rate.
