Sinarmas Land Limited (SML) through its subsidiary PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. is jointly working with Mitbana, a consortium of Mitsubishi Corporation and Surbana Jurong, to develop a transit-oriented development project with the investment of Rp2 trillion. The project located in the BSD City will start the construction in 2022. A future land bank of 100 hectares in BSD City will comprise apartment towers, a commercial area, a lifestyle center and various transportation modes.
