Siloam International Hospital to Acquire 14 Hospitals

PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (SILO) and its subsidiary, PT Megapratama Karya Bersama plan to acquire 14 companies who own hospitals with the total value of Rp6.9 trillion from non-affiliated parties. Based on the acquisition agreement signed on the 1st April, the first phase will acquire eight companies and the second phase to acquire the remaining six companies if option holders exercise their rights to sell. SILO has also signed a seven-year syndicated credit up to Rp14.5 trillion.
