Rumah.com and Real Estate Indonesia (REI) will launch a virtual property expo named Rumah.com & REI Property Expo this year to increase economic recovery in the property sector as well as to promote the #TimeToBuy campaign from developers. According to the data from REI, in the first quarter of 2021, the property sales recorded 15% increase in sales worth Rp 200 trillion during the property Tax Added Value incentive. REI estimated that the extension of the incentive will boost property sales by 20% by the end of this year.
