The Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) will participate in the development of road infrastructure in an effort to boost tourism in many regions. The ministry is currently authorized only to build national roads and toll roads. With the presidential instruction, the PUPR Ministry will be able to directly involve in road projects in regions.
