PT Qodau Sukses Propertindo, the joint venture between PT Premier Qualitas Indonesia and PT Biwel Sukses Bersama, will develop Premier Estate 2 a premium residential area with the tropical concept in Jatiwarna. The project was launched in April 2018 and constructed on a total land area of nine hectares, comprising 416 house units and modern designed shophouses. Currently, over 80% of the total units in the first phase development have been sold and handed over to buyers.
