PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk. (KIJA) will launch three to four new commercial residential products in Kota Jababeka, Cikarang. KIJA aims for middle to upper investors as its market segment with unit prices starting from Rp500 million to more than Rp1 billion. KIJA also allocates Rp200 billion for the land acquisition in Cikarang, West Java and Kendal, Central Java. By the end of 2020, KIJA recorded Rp898.7 billion in marketing sales and this year, it aims to achieve Rp1.4 trillion or 55.78% higher than the previous year.
