The Central Executive Board (DPP) of Realestate Indonesia (REI) reported that the realized investment in the property sector reached Rp75 trillion during the first half of 2025, with the real estate market growing by 3.71% and the construction market by 4.98%. Furthermore, the property loan increased by 7.62% in July 2025, decreasing from 8.12% in June 2025.
