The Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs recorded the property sector contributed Rp123 trillion investment in 2024. According to data from the Statistics Indonesia (BPS), the real estate sector contributed Rp520.7 trillion to the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP) with growth reaching 2.5% yoy in 2024.
