Based on data from the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), the first phase of Nusantara Capital (IKN) construction progress as a whole has reached 71.47%. The areas included in the first phase comprises the Presidential Residential and ceremonial field whose progress has reached 54.07%, the first phase of the National Axis whose progress has reached 96.41% and Sepaku Semoi Dam which has been fully completed. IKN is planned to be completed in 2045.
