PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk to develop three new projects in Sentul, Lampung, and Labuan Bajo with investment value of Rp25 trillion, started with the Soft Launch of Sequoia Hill Sentul last month. The three projects will comprise landed houses in the next 10 years on the total land area of 400 hectares. The three projects will combine partnership and land acquisition which are expected to increase the company’s asset to Rp3.5 trillion by the end of 2025.
