PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) aims to achieve Rp5.3 trillion in marketing sales in 2025, which was set by analyzing the market situation in the first quarter of 2025 and the property market trend in the Greater Jakarta Area. This optimism is supported by several development of facilities in its strategic areas which will soon operate in PIK 2. One of which is Nusantara International Convention and Exhibition (NICE), residing on a total land area of more than 188,000 square meters, planned to hold the initial exhibition in October 2025 and to be fully operational in 2026.
