PT Pakuwon Jati officially began construction of its giant project, Pakuwon Mall Semarang, located in the Gombel area. The project with Rp5.6 trillion investment is claimed to be the first Pakuwon's superblock in Semarang which will transform the city landscapes, both economically and socially by becoming the multifunction integrated destination. In addition to a shopping center with the total net leasable area (NLA) of 14,000 square meters, the project will also include an open space with the capacity of 5,000 visitors with the charming view of Semarang City and a golf course.
