PT Modernland Realty Tbk (MDLN) achieve Rp484 billion in marketing sales in the first quarter of 2025, or growing by 54% from the same period last year. MDLN also achieved Rp762.3 billion in consolidated net profit, turning Rp270,2 billion in net loss from the same period last year. With this performance, MDLN is optimistic to maintain the growing trend along 2025 by focusing on strategies to accelerate the sales of its existing projects and new estates development.
