PT Metropolitan Land Tbk. (MTLA) is confident to achieve better marketing sales performance of its properties following the incentive of the Value Added Tax Borne by the Government (PPN DTP). MTLA achieved Rp1.3 trillion in marketing sales in October 2023 or73% of the target for 2023 of Rp1.8 trillion. MTLA also recorded a net profit of Rp301 billion or increased by 12% from the same period last year when it was recorded at Rp269 billion.
